Don't get me wrong, 4 out of 5 stars in my book, is top grade. 5 out of 5 should only be given rarely.I just had my first experience with MRLB and first time landing in Costa Rica in the sim or real world! The aiport is well balanced in terms of detail versus strain on the system, and actually it gives much more than what it takes in terms of VRAM and FPS!
I would also say don't be persuaded by the on-line comparison review.Than-k you Justsim. This is another welcome airport for me, having flown in there before.Just-sim never make me spend half-hour with a configurator, testing what my computer can handle. What I get just works.Their ground textures are great, No 'over-saturated-' red-lines for instance. All the artwork is correct and sound.The airport is always working correctly when I get there.Justsim don't disrupt my flights with scripting error messages.Just-sim don't put files all over my computer.It-'s up to a developer to decide what level of complexity is suitable. It's a sensible valid choice to limit the complexity to a 'practical' level. If I can't get 30fps, I won't fly there, because the feeling of smooth flight outweighs other bells and whistles.
I also don't want to pay a fortune for complexity that I can't use (even on my high-level computer).T-hey might not be for everybody, that's also a valid choice. It's a personal thing. For me this is just the level I'm after and I'm never disappointed.-Keith.
